30 day shred: day 15 (with photos & measurements)

so today marks the halfway point on my quest to complete jillian michaels 30 day shred & so far it has been a wonderous eye-opening experience for me. i have done things i never thought possible & have proven to myself that i can basically do anything i want if i put my mind to it.

yes – it is a hard workout; not even gonna lie. i sweat my beans off daily & have had soreness in places i never even realized could feel pain. and just when i thought i might lick it – i progressed to level 2 (where i am currently) & am right back to being tested & pushing myself through it.

results like these are worth it.

front – i think from this angle is the most drastic noticeable changes. i have way less muffin top & i can see a little less cellulite in certain areas.

side – the first thing i noticed was my posture – then my neck!

back – i think i pretty much look the same from this angle – a little less back fat (ew ew ew!) & maybe a little lift in the ass region?

waist: 42.5"
hips: 43"
bust: 39"
arms: 15"
thighs: 24"
total 163.5

day 15
starting weight: 192.6
dress size: 13/14
waist: 40.5"
hips: 42"
bust: 39"
arms: 12"
thighs: 22"
total 155.5

the scale may not have reflected it properly but i lost 8”
eight fuckin’ inches!!!
can you even believe that?!?!?!

2 inches in my waist!
3 inches in my thigh!?!?!
ummm thank you jillian michaels!!

yeah i am pretty stoked to say the least & cannot wait to see what the next 15 days bring!!! i will keep ya'll updated.

Wow! You are doing amazing. I assume there is a eating regime that goes along with the exercise. If not, then the exercise must be kick ass for results like that so fast. Keep up the awesome work :)

Wow...after seeing your results, you've really inspired me to restart my regimen! I will definitely take photos like you did; it helps me keep going if I actually see progress! This is awesome, and you should be so proud of yourself!!!

This is a really good workout. It's geared a little more to advanced exercisers, but the choreography is fairly basic and you will definately feel this the next day.
There are three workouts that combine toning and aerobics together which are about a half an hour each. This way, you're burning fat and toning muscles at the same time. It's a little challenging, but fun and effective.
